All sales are final and the item in the photo is the actual item for sale. Hence, we encourage our valued customers to inquire with us first before checking out. We typically reply right away. We ship our items securely with bubble wraps and fillings and we send photo to our customers of how the items were packaged and proof that it was delivered to Canada Post.
